Pre-Sales Consultant

The job

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join the MyTower team. As part of our sales team, you will use your technical and business (transport) knowledge to assist our Salespeople during the sales process and you will promote our solutions’ benefits to our customers and prospects.

Your role will consist of (but not limited to):

  • qualify customers’ needs ;
  • prepare answers to RFIs and RFPs ;
  • provide demonstrations of the MyTower solutions ;
  • present the tool and use cases ;
  • overall, establish a relationship of trust and advice with our customers to promote our solutions.

In addition to the Sales team, you will work closely with other departments of the company:

  • Integration team, to understand our implementation methodology and have a good transmission of customers’ information on won deals ;
  • Product team, to have a good understanding of our solution, know the new features, and provide feedback to improve future releases.

The position is based in Bordeaux (or Paris 17th) and requires traveling to customers in France and Europe.

The Consulting team supports our clients to bring their operations into compliance, optimize their flows and identify opportunities and prepare for the deployment of the MyTower solution.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree either in Engineering or Business
  • First experience in transport, a knowledge of customs is a plus,
  • Good analytical, design and synthesis skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills: French, English, a third language is a plus
  • Curiosity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team
