The job

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join the MyTower team.

Within the Pre-Sales team, you rely on your technical and above all business (transport) expertise to support sales staff in the sales process and highlight the relevance of our solution to our prospects.

The position is based in Bordeaux or Paris , and requires traveling to customers in France and Europe.


In this context, your responsibilities include:

  • qualification of customer requests;
  • response to calls for tenders;
  • demonstration of the tool;
  • presentation of the tool and use cases;
  • more generally, establish a relationship of trust and advice with customers to promote our solutions.

Beyond the trade, you work in close collaboration with the other departments of the company:

  • integration, to fully understand our process for setting up our solutions and handing over the baton for customer files;
  • product, to get to know the product and its new features well, to make estimates when responding to calls for tenders, and to provide information on customer requests that could be part of the roadmap.

Your profile

  • Training BAC + 5 engineering schools, business or university master
  • A first experience in transport, knowledge of customs is a plus
  • Good analytical, modeling and synthesis skills
  • Good oral and written communication | French, English, a third language is a plus
  • Curiosity, autonomy and ability to work in a team
