The role

The role will be

1) to steer and guarantee the proper management of integration projects, from start-up to transition with support, on the dimensions of the project life cycle (scope, resources and deadlines) and

2) to steer the project managers.

 In a central position in the organization of the project, the project manager will be the interface of our technical and business teams with our customers.

The internal interlocutors will be technical (architect, development team, product team), trades (business analysts), pre-sales as well as user support.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to:

  • Manage several B2B IT integration projects in their entirety (from pre-sales finalization to transition to support).
  • Manage a team of project managers (including recruitment)
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with other departments of the company (Product, devs, supports)
  • Be the guarantor of the contractual and financial commitments of the projects under his supervision
  • Participate in the development of products and customer relations with the teams concerned

Your profile

  • Significant experience in the management and implementation of integration projects between IT systems in B2B (on all project activities, eg. Not limited to, training, communications, risk management, etc.)
  • Proven experience in planning management software (eg MS Project, sciforma, etc.)
  • Management experience
  • The ability to work in English (eg writing documentation, exchanges and presentation)
  • Mobility for regular missions with clients

Soft skills: Adaptability, efficiency, versatility, humility, curiosity

The following skills will also be highly valued (without being essential)

  • A certification in project management type Prince 2 or PMP
  • A knowledge / certification of ITIL
  • International deployment experience
  • A basic technical knowledge of SQL and developments (EDI type)
  • Operational knowledge of transport/customs activities
  • Knowledge of transport/SC tools (customs, TMS, TOS, WMS, etc.)
